Our Story

Reinspired Ministries was formed out of a desire to help pastors and church leaders transition into the next season of life and ministry with a renewed sense of purpose and passion (and most importantly, health).

Founders Chris & Amanda Bague have nearly 25 years of combined ministry experience.

Chris spent 11 years in pastoral ministry, serving as a cross-functional leader in Family, Worship & Creative, and Teaching Ministries, as well as co-leading a church of 1,200+ people.

Amanda has served in a myriad of ministry contexts and has uncovered incredibly fruitful lessons to share with women in the church. Over the last 12 years, she built a career as a preschool teacher, directed the Kids Ministry of a church plant, and has actively served in youth, worship, and young adults ministries.

After a two year battle with burnout and spiritual regression, the Lord moved Chris to re-evaluate his calling and reprioritize his life. The result was a difficult but necessary transition out of full-time vocational ministry in 2024. But what he and Amanda found through that experience was a healthier home life and an abundance of ministry opportunities that opened up as a result (and countless lessons they want to share with others).

Chris and Amanda are born and raised Southern Californians (for now). They both grew up in believing households and always knew God. But they didn’t discover the profound depth of the gospel until high school & college (thanks to Chris’ childhood best friend and the Holy Spirit working together to lead Chris and Amanda into Youth Ministry where they met in 2013).

12 years later, they are parents to three wonderful children and enjoy serving as volunteers in their local church in the sleepy city of Camarillo, CA.

They have a heart to help others navigate the up’s and down’s of ministry to bring about a healthier Body of Christ.
